We are a mobile service — there is no shop to bring anything to. These are the 21 cities we cover. The colour tells you the diagnostic fee before you click anything, and the fee comes straight off the labor if you go ahead with the repair.

Q.Which cities are $98 and which are $120?
$98 in the main service area: Revere, East Boston, Malden, Chelsea, Everett, Lynn and Winthrop. $120 in Boston and surrounding: Boston, Cambridge, Allston, Brighton, Charlestown, Somerville, Medford, Melrose, Saugus, Swampscott, Salem, Peabody, Wakefield and Winchester. Either way the fee is credited in full against the labor if you go ahead with the repair.
Q.What does the diagnostic fee cover?
The trip, the time and the diagnosis: you get the answer and the price before anyone touches a tool. The repair itself is quoted separately once we know what is wrong, the fee comes off that labor in full, and labor carries a three-month warranty.
Q.How soon can you come, and when is the phone answered?
Usually within the same week. The phone is answered Monday–Saturday, 8am–7pm and service visits run Mon–Fri 9am–5pm · Sat 9am–2pm. There is no 24-hour or emergency service.

Sometimes. The list is where we go routinely, not a hard border. Call or text (781) 254-7338 with your town and the appliance; if we cannot take the job we say so on the phone, not at your door.
